Vendor Information for Paddle for Pink
On behalf of the Machestic Dragons, we would like to thank you for your interest in being a
vendor at Paddle for Pink, the Machestic Dragons’ 2018 Dragon Boat Festival. The festival is
being held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Mercer County Park. This marks our 12th festival and it
will be bigger than ever. We expect 50 teams (over 1000 paddlers) from around the tri-state area
to participate in the races and over 500 spectators watching the action. Our goal is to provide a
wide range of fitness-related merchandise, arts and crafts and other services to those attending
Sorry, Mercer County Park does not allow food vendors other than the Park contracted vendor.
Vendor Participation Fee - register early space is limited
$100 per vendor space, FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION
$50 per vendor space, NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION
Our Festival Committee will review all requests and notify participants of acceptance.
Included In Your Fee
10’ x 10’ designated area within the PFP vendor area.
Larger vendor spaces are available upon request.
Recycling and garbage bins on-site.
Not Included In Your Fee
Security is not included. Security during the festival is the responsibility of each vendor.
The festival will not be responsible for loss or damages to property at the festival site.
All vendors must supply their own insurance for their property while on site.
Set-up Time is 7:00 am, the morning of the festival. The festival begins at 8:00 am.
Please keep your noise down when setting up the tents in the morning.
Merchandise can be stored under tables.
You are responsible for furnishing your own 10’x10’ tent, tables and chairs.
You must supply your own workers and/or volunteers.
You are responsible for the clean-up of your own designated space and its perimeter at all times.
No generators are allowed in the festival area or in the park.
